At EY, we recognized a transformative opportunity to elevate our experience design function into a global powerhouse, growing our collective talent from 10 to over 180 specialists. As the Head of XDA for EY Fabric, we partnered with product and engineering leaders to unify 20+ applications under a single global design system—achieving a 32% lift in usability and an 87% increase in team velocity.

We established the governance models and talent frameworks necessary for design to function as a sustainable force multiplier.
